We will choose a winner each week in the month of September, one on Instagram and one on Facebook. A victor from both social media contests will be chosen at random on the Tuesday after the cutoff day.

Pancake Eating Contest
We will be hosting the first annual pancake eating contest to commemorate our 35th Anniversary. It will take place at the Cajun Kitchen downtown at 901 Chapala St on Saturday, September 28 at 2pm.
Entries to the contest will be accepted until 11:59pm on Sep 25th, 2019
The $20 entry fee will be donated to The Foodbank of Santa Barbara County. We will match the donations up to $500.
Rules: 30 mins, all the pancakes you can eat, syrup & butter optional, water will be provided, vomiting is an automatic disqualification.
1st place winner: $350 CK gift-card, CK mug, 35yr anniversary shirt, & bag of GB Coffee
2nd place winner: $100 CK gift-card, CK mug, & GB Coffee

Cajun Kitchen Delivery Launch
We have launched our in house food delivery service to a portion of the downtown Santa Barbara area, Thursday - Monday from 7 am to 2:20 pm, from our De La Vina restaurant. See map below for delivery area. Delivery fee of $2.99 applies.

Draft Beer & Fresh Orange Juice
We will be offering draft beer to the Downtown Chapala location in time for the Labor-Day weekend.
At the moment we have 3 total taps from local breweries: $5.25 for a Pint:
Mas Macho: a Mexican Amber Lager (Draughtmen Aleworks)
Severance: a clean full flavored IPA (Draughtmen Aleworks)
The Blue: Classic West Coast IPA (Captain Fatty’s)
For the same weekend, we will resume offering fresh squeezed orange juice at Calle Real. Orange juice will be made fresh to order and only offered at Calle Real.
